The Dallas-based commercial real estate company has hired Nanci Johnson-Plump as partner to lead the new office. Johnson-Plump previously worked in the Fort Worth offices of CB Richard Ellis and the Trammell Crow Co., Also joining the team in Fort Worth is Peloton veteran Jerry Bolz, who has been named vice president and will be relocating back to Fort Worth. Peloton will lease and manage 300 Burnett St., 130,000-square-foot downtown Fort Worth office project, where its local office will be located.
